All our work is conducted on a No Win No Fee basis and unlike most firms we do not take a 25% success fee from you damages. We guarantee the maximum success fee we will take is 10% of damages and in certain cases may be reduced to 0%.

Accidents at Work
Your employer owes you a number of specific duties aimed at ensuring your safety at work. Should you suffer injury or contract an industrial disease as a result of your employer breaching any of these duties you are entitled to seek compensation and your employer must carry compulsory employers liability cover to meet such claims. These duties apply whether you are full or part-time, a contractor or an agency worker.
Accidents in Public Places
We are experienced in handling claims emanating from trips, slips and falls for example whilst walking on the pavement, in a shop, at school, or in a park.
We can also deal with injuries caused by animals owned by others for example, dogs, horses, etc.
Compensation
Claims will consist of general and special damages.
General damages for suffering pain, loss and amenity
We will obtain a medical report or multiple reports from independent medical experts and general damages are then assessed on the basis of the information contained in the report or reports.
Special damages
These will include all expenses and losses resulting directly from the accident including loss of earnings, travel expenses, vehicle repair costs, vehicle hire charges, private medical treatment for example physiotherapy, care costs, etc.
Wills
We also offer a dedicated Will writing service with advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) and funeral planning.
A Will is your chance to decide what happens to your wealth and property upon your death and affords you the opportunity to take care of those near and dear to you. If you do not make a Will your estate will be divided according to the rules of intestacy which in many cases will not reflect your own wishes.
Our fee for the preparation of a Will starts from £50.00 a small price to pay for piece of mind.
Lasting Power of Attorney
A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) allows you to give a person you trust the power to make decisions about your property, financial affairs or health.
An LPA can only be used once it has been registered with the Office of the Public Guardian. Fees start at £250.00 for a standard LPA.
Funeral Planning
You may not realise you can prepare and leave with your Will a list of funeral wishes which will be of great assistance and comfort for those arranging your funeral. It is also possible to pay for your funeral at todays prices thus again removing this significant burden from you loved ones. Payment can be in full or by instalment and the instalment option is interest free upto 24 months.
